.... this and that in between .....

Hi my readers ??

Wander still anyone drop by my blog for a visit ??

Sorry , not being able to update this blog so often like i used to do,

So many things happened in between .

This year will be a tough and long year for me .

That's bad and good things happened around me . 

But i only mention the good here .

Forget the bad at the moment,

 ... will deal with the changes and challenges as days goes by .
But i still thanks GOD for the bad and good happening .
At least , people we care and love was in good health :) 

Anyway , i wanna to jot down Big J started Std 1 on his 1st day.

Like any others anxious parents,

We .. (yes) Daddy and mummy took a day off from work to watch Jeremy for the 1st day .

I think i m more anxious and worry than he was  .
I can't sleep well the night before .
My hub said : Why you so worry ??  your worriness will make him more worry !!!" 
Which is true .. 
This was the anxious looks and worrying look of my boy for the 1st day.

Sometime what we expect it didn't happened,

& what we didn't expected, it happened.

I didn't expect Jeremy to cry on the 1st day .

For me he is very easy and outgoing boy.

But very surprise he cried !!

Maybe he saw some others schoolmates cried.

Maybe he is worry of the big school with so many students, teachers and parents.

So, on the 1st day we make 3 trips to the school to monitored him,

Morning, recess time and going back time .
Make sure he know where is canteen, toilet , his classroom and so on.

We didn't fetch him back from school even we were there .

We watch from far .

Just make sure, He look for the right driver and the driver managed to get the right boy .

Today was the 5th days of schooling,

I think he fitted in well and seemed comfortable by now.

Homework started to coming in this week ( writing, ejaan, colouring ) .

He was seated at the first roll, I m glad.

So he can pay more attention and see clearly what the teachers said and teach.

  In between, mummy managed to make friends with two mummies that the kids

was same class with my boy .

So we can still contact each others ... easy this way ya .

Now i wish and pray he can really enjoy his schooling,

Instead of telling me he don't want to go to the 'big' school .

& wanna go back to the 'small' kindergarten. 

Hope he can handles all the challenges that come his way.

Either in a bad way or good way, 

That's how the kids grow and learn from the mistakes.

Back to the New year 2013.

How we celebrated the 1st day of 2013 ??

We didn't really celebrated,

Instead we back to the natural on the 1st day of the year to Templar Parks with family members.

We had lots of fun and kids enjoyed it very much .

  Actually i had many beautiful photos to share .

But somehow blogspot had limited the storage for the images and photos i m uploaded.

Is already existed the limit for the storage ... too bad :(

Now back to my baking and cooking :)

Not been baking and cooking for a while .

Cos been very busy tidying and cleaning the kitchen as

we had some minor upgrading on the dry kitchen over the last 2 month.

Moving and staying here for almost 9 years.

Now only we plan to have a better and nicer dry kitchen .

For better storage and a bigger area for baking :)

Since it was an existing house.

It took longer time to have this little upgrading .

Moving, cleaning, arranging and throwing .... to be done during the process.
Both working weekdays, means only have spare time on weekends.
That why it took nearly 2 months to get it done .
In time for CNY ... haha 

 

 Still using the previous oven ,

Not upgrading the oven to a built in as this old oven

 still in good condition even is smaller (42L).

Partly also because of budget.

Just take once at a time ,

 I believe this oven will still serve me for many years to come .

 Finally i had a bigger and solid surface for me to had my bread making & baking  :)

I m the happy women now . 

It's been a 9 years of waiting .... :)

So here the 1st baking on this new kitchen top.

See , who is helping me early in the morning ?

 We had this moist and butter cake :)

Actually i do visit many of the blogspot when i m free.

Just that i didn't leave a comments .... lost of words to leave comments.

But i still enjoy reading most of the blogs i used to read .

Suddenly i become a "silence reader ". hahaha.
